The company was established on 7-6-1993 and it is a limited liability company with a registered capital of (550,000 dinars) and it is registered with contractors and Jordan and classified by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing as a contractor in the first category - construction of buildings & category two - electromechanics and renewable energy with more than (40) employees Among the engineers, administrators, technicians, and workers, and the employment does not exceed within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, due to its residence with the companies of companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Zuhair Ahmed Zahran Contracting Company, headquartered in Jeddah, and it began work by following up the residence and classification within the Kingdom, and it became back in 2005. The company has successfully implemented a number of featured government and private projects. The value of projects executed by the company amounted to (55,138,807.61 JD)

The Chairman of the Board of Directors businessman Mr. Yousef Ahmed Ali Albustanji, member of Jordanian Businessmen Association and The fifteenth member of the National Assembly. He is assisted by five highly qualified managers in their field of specialization.

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors / General Manager
Eng. Abdel Halim Ahmed Albustanji, he is highly qualified in the field of corporate management, he holds a degree in civil engineering and has several certificates and courses in the field of project management and public administration, and he has long and featured experience in his field of competence and construction field.

Projects Manager
Eng. Jamal Musallam / Project Management through implementation on reality and follow-up of various project managers, member of Jordan Engineers Association.

Financial manager
Emad Ahmed Ali Albustanji, he holds a master's degree in finance and banking, and the financial department includes an accountant, clerk and accounts qualified to follow up the financial affairs of projects, and prepare budgets and final accounts of the company, and follow-up purchases, credits and banks.

Director of Administrative and Technical Department
Mr. Ahmed Yousef Abu Dush, he does the administrative tasks of the various departments and projects of the company; to provide all projects with materials and credits and follow up all the necessary requirements of the projects for implementation. The administrative department includes several secretarial and programming to cover the company's requirements and projects of official correspondence, financial claims and public relations.

Movement, Maintenance and Procurement Manager
Mr. Ahmed Yousef Albustanji, this department works to monitor, operate and organize licensed and unlicensed vehicles registered in the registry of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing with a purchasing value of (250,000 JD). And several equipment, tools and executive devices registered in the registry of equipment and tools in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing worth (150,000 JD) with the employees, drivers and succession to cover the implementation of the projects.
